- Remedial coaching of out of school children, mainstreaming in Govt. schools and open schools and monitoring/tracking on retention in schools
- Campaign against early marriage and help girls retaining in school
- Capacity building of School Management Committees
- Facilitate formation & strengthening of Child Protection Committees
- Rescue and rehab facilitation of children in distress including of child labour and child with conflict of law through child line initiative
- Financial and social enterprising intervention for children in school and out of schools including of Child leadership & Vocational skill building
- RTE compliance assessment and evidence based advocacy and community demand generation

| 2008 | Selected as Mother NGO by Jharkhand Education Project Council [JEPC] to help & strengthening NGOs run Remedial Bridge Courses across 5 districts in Jharkhand. |
| 2009 | Partnered with Child Line to reach out vulnerable and at risk children in Jharkhand. |
| 2010 | Reached out over 300 Govt. Schools with ‘Aflatun’ module of Financial & Social enterprising and Child Right with over 80,000 children. |
| 2015 | Scaled up Remedial Bridge Course to reach out adolescent girls with interventions in quality of education in Govt. Schools for the coverage of 100% girls that are out of school or irregular in school. |
